Where we ship

We ship across India.

Charges

• Free delivery on orders over ₹999.
• Below ₹999, a flat shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

• In-stock items: dispatched in 1–2 business days.
• Personalised items: allow 3–5 business days for making, then dispatch.
• Delivery: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code.

These are working-day estimates and exclude Sundays and public holidays. Festive periods and weather can add time — we'll keep you posted if anything slips.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves us.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped, but reshipping is chargeable.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening where you can, and write to us within 48 hours at pickforbaeofficial@gmail.com. We'll replace or refund it.
